Swan Cove is located in a residential area of Oyster
Point - west of New Haven
Harbor across from a wetlands cove and Harbor
Landing Condos. There is no visible signage from
the street look for #115. On your left, look
for the first brown Queen Anne Victorian country
inn with a wicker chair on a white-columned porch
and an arbor in the garden. The entrance is on the
right side of the hedge. By the entrance door and
the bay window there is an adorned small oval sign.
At dusk, twinkling lights announce that you have
arrived at Swan Cove and will guide your way to
the Front door.

By Car Northbound:
Interstate 95 to Exit 44 in the city of New Haven
("Kimberly Ave/10"). Turn right at bottom
of exit ramp onto Kimberly Ave. Go past McDonalds
and turn right at first light onto E.T. Grasso Blvd
(Rte 10). Go straight ahead and continue towards
the water. After an underpass, E.T. Grasso Blvd
becomes Sea Street, entering the Residential Area
of Oyster Point. Bear left to a flashing red light,
make a U-Turn at Howard Ave; come back ¾
of a block and park in front of house #115. You
have arrived!
By Car Southbound:
Interstate 95 to Exit 45 ("Boulevard/10").
Do not go straight! Bear left to stop sign; turn
left onto E.T. Grasso Blvd. Go under highway towards
the water, E.T. Grasso Blvd. becomes Sea Street.
Go to Red blinking light, make a U turn, come back
¾ of block to house #115.
By Car Eastbound:
From Interstate 84 in CT take exit 11 to Route
34, and go several miles to Route 10 (E.T. Grasso
Blvd). Turn right, drive for several miles toward
signs for I-95 continue across Kimberly Blvd
and go straight under highway heading towards the
water. This is where E.T. Grasso Blvd. becomes Sea
Street. Continue to first corner on the left. Were
the brown Queen Anne Victorian Bed and Breakfast
with chairs on white-pillared porch. Theres
a hedge in front, arbor in the garden and towering
trees. No visible Signage and not many streetlights.
Go to the Red flashing light, make a U turn, come
back ¾ of block and park in front of house
#115.

By Train:
Amtrak and Metro North to New Haven Union Station:
4 minute cab ride to the Inn.
By Plane:
Tweed-New Haven Airport is 10 minutes east of the
Inn, Bradley Int'l (Hartford) is 60 minutes north
and LaGuardia (NYC) is 90 minutes south.
Parking:
You can park in front -to check in - no parking
across the street. An arbor with white lights
at night is by our entrance #115. Off-street parking
at 89 Greenwich Avenue, the house behind us, take
second driveway at Red House - follow the split-rail
fence to garage parking area (park up in front of red doors or left white door).
