Breakfast – Ample Continental Breakfast served in our adjoining Breakfast facility the " Barn " with a touch of Provence'. - A charming unique Space set up with individual small tables for each family. It's a pleasure to serve Breakfast in our new Dining area. (It's a 1916 Arts & Crafts house - we painted Red and call the "Barn")
Breakfast in Bed on Special Weekends Available by Request.
NO Smoking is permitted.
No handicap access.
We cannot accommodate pets - we have a beautiful Ragdoll cat on our floor.

Reservations:
Email us or call between 9 AM and 9 PM any day to secure your reservation with a major credit card for one night's charges. If you reserve by check, payment for one night's lodging per room must be received within 8 days of reservation request. Final payment is due upon arrival. Arrivals:
As a hotel-alternative, we are an intimate, cozy family-friendly B&B hosted by one person, available from 4:00 pm. Check-in time is by appointment only and requires prior arrangements. Please help us ensure a warm welcome for you by phoning a day ahead to confirm your check-in time. Regular check-in hours are between 4 and 8 pm; check-out time is 11am. We're happy to stow your luggage beyond these hours.

Cancellation Policy:
We require 7 days' prior notice of cancellation. If Reservation is not cancelled 7 days prior, deposit cannot be refunded. Early checkouts are responsible for all confirmed charges. Last minute XO & no-shows pay full amount of reservation. Discounted extended stay rate is canceled if stay is shortened. You are responsible for all confirmed charges if you don't call to cancel before arrival day or if you check out early. You won't be charged if you call 8 days ahead to cancel all or part of your stay - with less notice, a full refund is not guaranteed. $35.00 per room administration fee charged for all cancellations prior to 8 days.

Holiday weekend getaways and special package events require a 21-day cancellation notice. If you cancel after this, your credit card will be charged for one night's lodging for each room unless the room(s) can be rebooked. YALE EVENTS REQUIRE 60-90 DAY CANCELLATION.

Breakfast:
Continental breakfast is served between 9 :15 - 9:45 AM. Coffee (Regular and Decaf) or Tea is available in your room. Flavored Yogurt (or plain by request) is served on your fruit dish. Muffins, scones or croissants, butter, jam and Seasonal Fruit complete our menu. Quiche or medium eggs are available for guests on Lo-carb diets. Please let us know if you have a preference.
