SolariumSuite

It's an artsy and unique space. Privately located in our garden level. One Standard Full size bed in a very intimate library bedroom nestled amongst bookcases and antiques looking into a sunny 6' glass ceiling Solarium. Morning sun peeks into the bedroom through its large foundation walls and brick arches from it's garden level windows. Has the “Great” large private shower for two. Warm rustic decor, with Mexican tile flooring, as you enter through French doors into a cozy sitting room with a decorative fireplace with a Candle Tree. Sitting area looks out to an interior garden on brick stairs providing natural light. These features make the space quite charming. Great atmosphere and architectural details! A favorite place for romance.

Treetops Suite

A bright space with sky-light looking up to the tree tops. Located on the 3rd Floor, this suite features a cathedral ceiling in a step-up living room with a large peaked glass window. A window seat faces west towards the water and wetlands cove, with sunset views through the treetops and L.I. Sound. Decorated in neutral plaids & checks with equestrian touches.

Double Occupancy

Tree Tops - (2 bedroom Suite) with adjoining twin bedroom makes this ideal for a family of three or four. Rate per night: Weekends: $204.00 Weekdays: $194.00 2 bedrooms.

Loft Queen Room

Loft Queen - The Peaceful Room! Located adjacent to Bed & Breakfast on the second floor. Queen Bedroom with Triple sheeted bed. This spacious room has a Equestrian decor. Eclectic antique furniture warms this very comfortable space. Lounge chair and desk. Draped windows facing west toward the Sunset with bookcases on each side. Large "Great" private walk-in shower for two. No TV. CD player & clock radio. Above B&B's "Barn" Dining Suite-very convenient for breakfast. It's our newest and a lovely room. - Our guests love it.

Rates are standard for single or double occupancy. They vary with time of year, type of stay, and during holidays and special events. A 12% state occupancy tax applies.

Winter: Single mid-week rates -  ONLY in January to March: Solarium & Loft:  $99.00 per night - 2 night minimum.

Suites $195 to $425 . Sleeps 4 persons - Suites Weekend Rate includes adjoining bedroom, private dining area and kitchen with full appointments - large window seat, comfortable TV room, beamed ceiling and fireplace in Safari.

Weekly rate @ $69.00 per night - based on 14 day stay - January thru March. Exclude holidays.

Monthly Rates @ $59.00 per night - based on 30 day stay - January thru March. Exclude holidays. - Taxed only on 1st 30 days

Yale Parents Weekend Policy

A 2-night minimum is required. A Non-Refundable Deposit of one night will secure a guaranteed reservation. Your credit card will be charged at time of confirmation.  If you cancel, your deposit will not be refunded.
