It's an artsy and unique space.
One Standard Full size bed in a very intimate
library bedroom, looking into a sunny 6' glass
roof Solarium, nestled amongst bookcases and
antiques. “Great” large private shower
for two. It's another favorite for our guests
due to its large foundation walls, with morning
sun peeking into the bedroom through brick arches,
and it's garden level views through a 6' glass
roof solarium. Privately located in our garden
level. Warm rustic decor, with Mexican tile
flooring, as you enter through French doors
into a cozy sitting room with a decorative fireplace
with Candle Tree. An interior garden on a brick
stairway looking out. Lots of windows provide
natural light. Spring through Fall features
an indoor garden on brick stairs. These features
make the space quite charming. Great atmosphere
and architectural details!

| "On a Long Island Sound cove where swans
feed in the wetlands. On daytime busy street in
a historic district, an oyster-fishing village
at the turn of the century. Minutes' walk to Long
Wharf Theater. Plenty of privacy with a warm welcome.
Very convenient location. A Queen Anne house that
has had the magic touch of the owners. All those
bay windows planned by the Host Architect and
designer and Raquel, a Californian who worked
for a Park Avenue Interior Design Firm, furnished
eclectically, with drapes and lace and Mediterranean,
equestrian and safari themes. Some Long Wharf
actors stay for months. Theatergoers and Yale
visitors love this place. Corporate guests come
for overnight or for small conference. Sometimes
there are Art Receptions or Business Open House
